​ 【法律部门】根据“所调整的社会关系性质”不同，法律体系可划分为宪法及相关法、民商法、行政法、经济法、社会法、刑法、诉讼与非诉讼程序法等7个法律部门。

​ 【法的形式】我国法的形式，仅限于制定法（成文法）：即具有一定立法权限的机关，依照一定的立法程序，制定公布的立法性文件，包括法律、法规、规章，自治条例、单行条例等。我国法的形式不包括判例法、习惯法、宗教法等。
